With 22 years in the mortgage industry, Milton Kinnard Jr. has built his career on the belief that home financing is about relationships, not just transactions. He began as a loan processor before earning his license, and has since developed a reputation for guiding clients with knowledge, patience, and genuine care.

Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, Milton specializes in FHA and VA loans while also exploring specialty programs when they align with a client’s needs. His approach is educational and client-focused. He sees himself as the navigator, helping clients chart the right course while they remain in control of their home buying journey.

For Milton, the greatest reward comes at the closing table, seeing the smile on a client’s face. That moment, he says, is truly priceless.

Outside of lending, Milton has served as an educator and basketball coach, and continues to have a lifelong love for the sport.
